INTRODUCING: 1st ANNUAL DUMPLING DAYS

Wednesday, February 27th • 6-8 p.m.

Imperial Lamian, Chicago's dumpling destination, is proud to present its first-ever DUMPLING DAYS. This one-of-a-kind event features bottomless dumplings created by an array of the city's premier culinary talent.

 

Your $50 ticket includes:
Unlimited dumplings crafted by Chef Alan Tan, matched by likes of James Beard Award Winner Chef Abe Conlon of Fat Rice, Chef Tony Priolo of Piccolo Sogno and Chef Brian Enyart of Dos Urban Cantina.

 

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Our world famous Xiao Long Bao (soup dumplings) will be served alongside the star menu line up.

  • Complimentary pours of house wines, specialty cocktails and beer throughout the evening.

  • Opportunity to mix and mingle with some of Chicago's top chefs.

CHARITY
All proceeds from tickets to the tasting event will be donated to local nonprofit, Pilot Light, an organization dedicated to educating children on the power of nutrition.

Our menu focuses on fresh, hand-pulled lamian (La meaning pull, mian meaning noodle). An ancient Chinese tradition that dates back to the 16th century, these noodles are made fresh daily and feature different varieties to choose from, such as the Pork Broth, Bone Marrow Broth or Miso Vegetarian Broth.
